We watched Watchmen.

Excellent adaptation, as good as i'd hoped.
I think reading the book first gives the movie a bit more soul, but maybe thats just me.

I loved the opening credits and the soundtrack is brilliant...and i'm glad they didn't include too much modern wank (*cough* mychemicalromance *cough* )

cast was good also, i was sceptical about Rorshach being portrayed correctly but Jackie Earle Haley did a great job.
Mathew Goode was a 'meh' Ozymandias but i wasn't overly bothered.

just another Fanboys opinion to add to the pile
